Don’t know what to make for a friend or family that you want to deliver a meal for and you don’t want to just send a gift card??
It’s that season for me… it seems like someone is having a baby every other week so this is my staple meal to deliver!
You can use this for anything… A friend is sick or just had surgery, someone received some bad news in the family, or you just want to help out that family who has a lot going on…
This meal can easily be made allergy friendly!! It is dairy free as-is but I will share different recipe options below to make the meal Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Egg Free, Nut Free and even Sugar Free if needed!
1. One Pan Mediterranean Chicken and Rice

2. French Green Beans

3. Tip: Slivered almonds are a great alternative to sesame seeds!
3. Rolls
1. Sister Schuberts Rolls are in the frozen section at the grocery! So yummy and easy! Also linked here:

ii. Butter- Sub with Earth Balance is my favorite but here is a whole list of alternatives: https://theminimalistvegan.com/best-vegan-butter/
iii. Chocolate chips- Sub with DF/ GF Chocolate Chips. Enjoy Life brand is my favorite! https://enjoylifefoods.com/products/semi-sweet-chocolate-mega-chunks
5. Berry Crisp with Vanilla Ice Cream

3. Gluten/ Dairy Free Substitutes: This recipe is already gluten free! If you would like to make it dairy free, sub the butter and yogurt with dairy free options! When you choose an ice cream, choose a DF/ GF option in the frozen section. My favorite ice cream brand is SO Delicious! https://sodeliciousdairyfree.com/where-to-buy/?msclkid=3213f267b5db15d4a8e09a090d035f80&gclid=3213f267b5db15d4a8e09a090d035f80&gclsrc=3p.ds&gad_source=7
